On 31 Oct 2025, Prof. Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest Pte Ltd was invited to present on the Planning and Development of Industrial Zone in a real estate seminar organised by Pro-invest Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City.

On 17 Feb 2025, Prof. Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest Pte Ltd was awarded the Service to Education Award by the Singapore Ministry of Education.

A delegation from Yangzhou lead by Mr. Nie Xiang, Director and Party Secretary of the Yangzhou Fenghuang (Phoenix) Island Eco-Tourism Resort Administrative Office, visited UVest Pte Ltd on 21 Nov 2024, to explore innovative approaches to ecological park development. Prof. Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest and Mr. Alexander Stingl, General Manager of BH&F introduced successful examples of eco-edutainment facilities, particularly in the domain of botanical and zoological design. Yangzhou has ambitious plan to develop ecological parks along the Yangzhou section of the Grand Canal.

UVest's associate partner, CENDES+TENarchitect's & Planners Pte. Ltd. successfully completed and submitted the Preliminary Master Plan for Port Vila, Luganville and Malekula to the Ministry of Trade and Commerce of Vanuatu on 21 Oct 2024.  The Preliminary Master Plan is a culmination of 4 months of work including site visit to Vanuatu from 6 to 10 Aug 2024.

Prof. Jason Ang and UVest's partners were invited to Vanuatu's 2nd National Trade Development Committee Meeting during their visit to Vanuatu organized by the Ministry of Trade and Commerce. Prof. Ang presented his Preliminary Master Plan for Vanuatu's capital - Port Vila, 2nd largest city - Luganville and 2nd largest island - Malekula during the meeting. Following that, Prof Ang and his team was warmly received by the Lady Mayor of Port Vila, Ms. Jenny Tasale Rejenvanu at the Port Vila Municipality Council Building.

UVest team has finished the marketing presentation with market research, study and recommendation for best leasing and use of industry building in Singapore's district 22.

UVest Pte Ltd and Perform2Transform Pte Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Singapore on 8 March 2024. The signing ceremony was carried out by Mr. Yeo Yuen Kee, Director (Development) of UVest and Mr. Saurabh Wadhawan, Managing Director of Perform2Transform, witnessed by Prof. Jason Ang, Managing Director of UVest.

On 15 Sep 2023, Prof. Jason Ang of UVest Pte Ltd presented the Concept Plan of Free Trade Zone at Tien Lang District, Hai Phong City in Vietnam to Mr. Vu Duy Quyen, Deputy General Director of Joton Group. The FTZ has an area of 1244ha and is next to the future Tien Lang International Airport. 

The Ministry of Trade and Commerce together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Biosecurity (MALFFB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Advanced Engineering Group (AEG) on the 31 May 2023 in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The main purpose of this MoU is to express the willingness of both parties to promote the competitiveness and economic development of Vanuatu. As a partner of the AEG Consortium, UVest's Managing Director, Prof. Jason Ang and former Chief Planner of Suzhou Industrial Park, Mr. Shi Kuang, were invited to deliver speeches at the event.
