A retired Singapore high school principal and the former Deputy Director of National Education & Planning at the Singapore Ministry of Education, Boon Long has more than 40 years of experience in teaching, leading, planning, formulation and implementation of educational policies. He has helped to set up schools in Indonesia, India, Bhutan, China and Singapore including advising on establishment and development of schools.

Boon Long is currently the Education Consultant, Teachers’ Trainer at the Singapore Ministry of Education and Advisor to the Singapore Education Academy. He is also the Education Consultant, Adjunct Faculty at the Nanyang Technological University and an Associate Trainer at the Civil Service College of Singapore. Currently the Honorary Chairman of the Academic and the Examination Board of Furen International School in Singapore, he also serves on the Board of Governors of Merlion International School in Surabaya, Indonesia. Boon Long is also the Chairman of the Singapore Bhutan Foundation, executive committee member of the Singapore Association for Cultural and Educational Exchange and a life member of the Singapore Physical Education Association and the Singapore Teachers’Union.

A Singaporean and a member of the Singapore Institute of Planners with over 30 years experience in international urban planning and design, Jason have completed more than 1500km2 of master planning projects to date such as Suzhou Industrial Park, Hulhumale - the New Capital City of Maldives, Noukachott - Capital of Mauritania and Binh Duong New City - 3rd largest Industrial Park in Vietnam. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture for the Master of Arts (Urban Design) program in the National University of Singapore. He is currently the Urban Planning Advisor to Zigong City in Sichuan Province, China and Managing Director of CENDES+TENarchitects & Planners Pte. Ltd., an international consultancy firm based in Singapore.

A Singaporean with over 25 years experience in the international real estate industry, having served Guocoland, Keppel Land and Ascendes Singapore as Oversea Project and Business Development GM for a total of 16 years. Yuen Kee was also Project Development Advisor to IMC Corporation's Mr Frank Tsao.

Mr. Tan Teck Kiam is a prominent educator and registered architect with an illustrious career spanning more than 30 years’ with extensive local and international design experience across multiple scales. His designs have received awards and recognition including the completed winning entry to the 2000 Singapore Management University Urban and Architectural Design Competition and the 1995 Singapore Institute of Architects Design Awards.

Jack Tan is a registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore since 2005 and is a current member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SMAP) committee. He graduated with a 1st Honours in Bachelor in Architecture from UTAS, Australia. His 25+ years project experience is in architectural design and construction while working in international design consultancy firms.  His project experience in Singapore and China includes high-rise mixed-used residential, hotels, shopping centres, hospitals, research and training centres, university campus, embassy, private villas, airport runways and industrial projects in China where he worked 13 years (in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Tianjin, Suzhou, Kunshan, Hangzhou, Kunming, Xuzhou, Zhangzhou).

A Singaporean with over 20 years experience in strategizing and developing design and innovative development for Singapore in various field, having served as Executive Director of the Design Singapore Council in which the Design 2025 ten year masterplan for design in Singapore was completed. A member of the Shanghai International Creative City Advisory Board, Jeffrey also initiated, led and achieved the appointment of Singapore and Dubai, UAE as the UNESCO Creative City of Design. Jeffrey was also the founding Executive Director of Singapore’s National Design Centre, the Design Thinking & Innovation Academy, the Asian Insights Design Innovation Lab and the School of Design at the Singapore Polytechnic.

Miin Chiat is an urban planner and architect with over 30 years of experience in urban planning, urban design, architecture and real estate development across the region. His portfolio spans key Singapore government agencies including the Urban Redevelopment Authority and JTC Corporation, as well as private sector consultancy and major real estate developers such as Ascendas-Singbridge and CapitaLand.

He has led and contributed to the planning and design of mixed-use townships and urban districts, business and IT parks, and industrial parks in Singapore and throughout Asia. Notable projects include Singapore Science Park, Ascendas OneHub Guangzhou Knowledge City in China, Nusajaya Tech Park in Malaysia, Binh Duong New City and Ascendas OneHub Saigon in Vietnam, and Ascendas OneHub Chennai as well as IT Parks in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Pune in India.

His areas of expertise include planning and urban design policy development, government land sales, development coordination and stakeholder engagement. He is experienced in integrating infrastructure, nature, heritage and conservation, placemaking and sustainability to shape vibrant and resilient urban environments.
